Jubilee

Hey there! I feel kinda' bad I haven't been able to share too many projects using my DT goodies from Best Creation. A good part of the creations I've made have been picked up for publication in a few ezines. So look out for the April issues of Scrapbooking.com and Scrapstreet.com and you'll see about 5 of them there.
Here are a few I can show you. These come from my FAVORITE line called Jubilee. If you've worked with Best Creation before, you know that everything has a touch of glitter on it. I love that!!

Check out the official site HERE to see all the newest releases.

Have a great weekend!!

Emboss Me, Please

Cheery Lynn Designs has the coolest embossing plates and I'm going to show you a few of them today. One thing I like about these plates are the large size. At 5 7/8 x 7 3/4, they are definitely not just for card makers. I love to use them on my embellies and die cuts to give them great added texture.

Petite Hearts

Dotted Swiss

I used both of these plates in my layout below.

Instead of just leaving the clouds a plain ol' blue, I embossed them with the adorable Petite Hearts plate to make them a little more interesting. What do you like to emboss?

Here is a list of other fabulous Cheery Lynn Designs dies that I used for my project:

Basic Optimistic font
Buttons 3
Never Ending Love Hearts
Circles -Little Stackers Nesting Die
Floral Heart

Doilies

By now you have noticed the trend...doilies are IN! They add such a touch of elegence to any page. I added the beautiful Canadian Keleidoscope Doily from Cheery Lynn Designs to my page below which is full of bright colors and clean lines and guess what...it works!

My Life Would Suck Without You

Papers are Jillibean Soup
I used Sketch 107 for this layout.

See the little white hearts scattered around my layout? Those are from the insides "leftovers" of the doily. Gotta's love a 2 for 1!

Canadian Kaleidoscope Doily
Poinsettias 2 die

Baby Hungry??

Happy Valentine's Day!!
Today I am hopping along with the Scraptacular design team. As you may know I provide a few sketches every month for the members of Scraptacular so we are going to show you our takes of the sketch now.
The hop starts at the fabulous Lisa Wilkinson's blog so start there if you are just joining us.
Here the sketch:

I had to use Valentine's colors for my layout today...I couldn't help it.

Baby Hungry?

No, its not me that's baby hungry...it's my husband! You'd really think that 4 kids is MORE than enough but apparently not for him. Oy! At least we can enjoy all of the new babies that our families are having. This is my husband's new cousin. She is a twin and they are both adorable!

Now hop on over to Julie's blog to see what she has in store.

See you later today for our Monday sketch!
