She Wears Aeropostale...ONLY!

Today I want to share a LO I made of my oldest daughter who wears nothing BUT Aeropostale. I remember being her age and demanding that I only wear Guess jeans so I think this may be payback from my childhood. eeek!
I used lots of fabulous Cheery Lynn dies on this page, it was fun. :)

The cute little bicycle is one of our newer dies called Little Pink Bicycle. I think its adorable!

(Papers are by Best Creation's Surf's Up collection.)

Here is my complete list of dies used:

Little Pink Bicycle
Floral Heart
Spring Fling Frame
Little Stackers Circles

Best Creation Hip Hop

It is Hip Hop time again ladies so grab your Bunny Ears and come on a fun hop with us to learn lots of incredible techniques to use all those fun border punches that you have.

Our first stop on the Hop is Jodi Wilton and as you are being inspired be sure and pick up the mystery letters on each ladies blog as you go to spell our mystery word. Send this to teresa@bestcreation.us for a chance to win our grand prize and leave comments on our facebook and all of the design team for 2 more chances to win your choice of a pack of glittery goodness.

I made the following layout from Best Creation's 2011 April New Release, Robot. I love, love LOVE this line. The colors and graphics are amazing and so great for my little boys.

Where Do Your Dreams Take You?

For my LO I used a border die rather than a punch for the hop. The die is from non other than the fabulous Cheery Lynn Designs.

I decided to do something a little bit different so I thread a sticker strip from a sticker sheet from the Robot collection. It gives it a great, interesting look. To make it a little easier to use, I stuck ribbon to the backing to cover up the sticky side. -Such a time saver when you're weaving! :)

Thanks for stopping by today. Before you hop on over to see what beautiful creation our April guest designer, Mireille Divjak has in store for you, you need to know my secret letter. Its B. Write that down, you don't want to miss out on the super-great prize you can win.

Easter with Cheery Lynn Designs

Have your filled eggs and baskets ready because Sunday is the big day...Easter! I thought I'd fit in one more Easter layout before the holiday is over.
I love to create scenes on my LOs so that is just what I did today using fabulous dies from Cheery Lynn Designs. I duplicated the tree my daughter {is about to break looking for an Easter egg} using the Cardinal In A Tree die. ;) I trimmed off the bottom branches and added blossoms to get the look I wanted.

I thought it would be fun to hang some clouds on my LO. To give the clouds interest and dimension I embossed them using the Petite hearts embossing plate. I filled in each tiny embossed heart with glitter glue for a little sparkle.

Here is my complete list of dies used:
Cardinal In A Tree
Floral Heart
Bird on A Branch die
Spring Fling
Little Stacker Nesting Circle die
Pretty Petal
Picket Fence
Micro mini Alphabet dies

Have a scrap~happy day!

Cameos

Today's trend...CAMEOS. They're hot these days and I must admit, I love them too. I remember admiring my mom's ivory cameo pendant in her jewelery box as a child. They are just so elegant and beautiful.

Sweet Peach Crop Shop's April Sweet kit includes a beautiful cameo silhouette rub on from Jenni Bowlin. I couldn't wait to use it.

I decided to make my LO very simple to draw emphasis to the cameo itself.

(The adorable embossed pennant is a die from Cheery Lynn Designs.)

Graduation Creations with Best Creation

Best Creation recently came out with the cutest collection just for graduates. The colors are classic and of course there is glitter throughout. Below is an altered wooden book that I made for my nephew who is graduating from high school this year. He can put items in it that will help him remember this momentous occasion.

Below is a simple card that I made using the AMAZING glittered cardstock. This gold cardstock is completely covered in the beautiful glitter, you should feel the weight of this paper. Its some serious stuff! :) And finally a layout of my oldest daughter. She won an art contest called "Together We Can". She is such a good artist, I have no idea where she gets it from ;)

Ta ta for now....

Boxers Or Briefs?

Happy Thursday everybody! Today I want to share this funny LO of my cute little niece trying on my son's undies. I don't know about your family but all of my kids have gone through this stage once in their life. -the fun running around the house with undies on their head. Hey, at least they have a sense of humor. :)

I used the Large Circle Piercing Plate from Cheery Lynn Designs inside of my circles to give it a little texture. I love how perfectly it fit with both sizes.

I added my own mini clothes pins to hang the cute little undies that I cut out by hand. My complete list of Cheery Lynn Designs dies used: Large Circle Piercing Plate, Floral Heart, Basic Optimistic Font Alphas, Circles -Little Stacker Nesting Dies, Flourish, Micro Mini Alphas, Embossed Heart Scalloped Border.

(These fabulous papers I used are from the Sweet Peach Crop Shop April main kit.)

Happy Day!
