Sketch 8

Good morning all you talented ladies! I've gotta say, I am amazed at the talent out there! I have received an amazing number of fabulous submissions for our design team position. I am so thrilled and honored that so many of you want to be apart of this blog. Today is your last day to get your submission in. So if you haven't sent yours in yet, do it! You never know unless you try.
I will notify the chosen member (or members) within the next few days.

We're a little few in numbers today but I hope you will still get some great inspiration. Many of our design team members are out of town for personal reasons and Spring Break.

Sketch 7 and a DT Call!

Good morning out there in blog world! Today I am shouting out a special call to you! One of our wonderful design team members needed to end her term prematurely so that leaves an opening for a new design team member.
The opening term is now (April) through the end of August. You must be willing to commit to this term and complete at least 2 layouts a month using my sketches. There is no compensation for this position but you will receive a small RAK from me each month.
Interested? Make a LO using the sketch for today (Sketch 7) and email that LO to me at joshorliz@frontiernet.net by April 13th. That gives you a week!
I look forward to seeing your entries!

Now for our sketch this week:

Let's see what you do with the sketch!

April "Follow My Blog" giveaway

April is for Easter. Easter holds a special place for me. My first son was born on Easter Sunday 2004. I call him my special "golden egg". So to celebrate Easter, I chose this yummy collection from Rusty Pickle. The papers are "white chocolate bunnies" (pink and brown paper) and "chocolate bunnies" (blue and brown). There's a total of 6 double-sided sheets. And of course we need alphas so I added brown holly doodle alphas from Pink Paislee. Believe me, you want this collection! Perfect for Easter layouts. They make me a little hungry for easter goodies actually.
Its easy to win! Just follow. And if you love your friends, tell them to follow too! LOL! Winner will be randomly drawn near the end of April.
