Scrapbuck.com

Hey all you scrappy people! I am excited! I just got my June DT package from Scrapbuck.com Check this out!

Isn't it all so cute? This whole lot of paper and embellies would cost you only about $30 at their store. Don't let their prices fool you though. It's all really good quality items. Their adhesives are really good too.
I left the price stickers on so you can see how inexpensive everything is. ( I hope you can see it)

Now, I'm off to play.

Sketch 16

Is it summer break for your kids yet? My kids got out almost 3 weeks ago so right now I've got them pulling weeds in the back yard. LOL! Gotta love the extra help from them during the summer months. ;)
This week's sketch proved to be a challenge for me. I'm so comfortable with doing 1 or 2 photo LOs. Its always good to challenge yourself though.

Here's the sketch:

This week only a couple tried it. But they rocked it!

My first mini album

So I thought I'd bite the bullet and try my hand at a mini album. I got this cute little album in my Memorable Seasons guest DT package last month. I've been looking at it, strumming my fingers till I decided to work on it today. I know I didn't follow the unspoken rule about making all of your pages match, but personally I think that's pretty boring. Plus, there shouldn't be ANY rules when it comes to scrapbooking anyway.

Here it is:

Its a sheer 5-Ring tab book from Maya Road

Whew! Its pretty simple but it is my first! Thanks for looking!

June prize

This month I'm giving away something a little different. Winner of the "follow my blog" gets this: A package of two 12x12 sheets of Swirly-Whirlie chipboard accents from Rusty Pickle. I love these!! I use them all the time. I love to paint them but they work great for any way to want to treat them. Ink them, cover them with patterned paper or use them naked. There are 18 pieces all together so it'll last you a while.

Winner of the June sketch challenge wins the Rusty Pickle chipboard set AND four sheet of "Grease Monkey" from Bo Bunny. This collection is adorably cool! Especially for those of you who have boys. Or maybe a hubby who acts like a little kid?

Complete any of the sketches posted in the month of June. (Winners are chosen by me or a friend). Please email entries to: thescrappiest@frontiernet.net

I can't wait to see your work!

Sketch 15 and WINNERS!!

First off, I am so sorry to keep you waiting. My DH is a contractor so we went to Utah to do a "quick" job while me and the kids played and visited family. These jobs are never "quick". So we're finally home and I'm happy about it. I love being away but there's such a great feeling about coming home. (No matter where that home might be).

Awesome work, right?

Now for the winners!!!!!!

We had so many great entries this month. It was so hard to choose just one. But ultimately, I chose this LO from Tracy.

I just love the animal print and her theme just goes so great with the sketch. Great job Tracy!!
As for the "follower", I used Random.Org again and they chose number 56, who happens to be Alecia! I know Alecia from My Sketch World. She is card queen in my book. :) Congrats girl!!

Tracy and Alecia, email me your addies and I'll get these Basic Grey kits out to you. thescrappiest@frontiernet.net

As for the June prize, I ordered it and it should be here any day. Actually, it could be sitting at the PO Box right now. Its a good one!!
