Check out the cute flowers from petaloo and Creative Charms. I cut out random cow spots from the black glitter cardstock to make it a little more girly. Glitter is always good. :) The paper is from Best Creation.

I used the beautiful Vintage Pearl Brads to add detail to my banners at the top of my layout. I also added a few black Gradient Gem stickers to my little birdie's eyes to make them really pop.

Cuz Crazy
I had fun adding the cute yellow Groovy Petal flowers and a few blue Knitter's Garden flowers. Both are adorable flowers embellies. You'll find a few Amber Gradient Gem stickers throughout the layout as well.
I used Crate Paper's Neighborhood collection for both projects. Aren't these just the cutest papers??

Living here in Utah county we are big BYU fans. I made this football cake for my neighbor who roots for the same school as this household.

Happy Sunday everyone! Today is my last DT post for Birds Of A Feather Kit Co. I absolutely love Amy's kits and I LOVE all the gals on the board there. If you haven't checked them out, pleas do! We need to keep these great small businesses in business.
For these projects I used supplies from the BOAF January kit.
I know we can all agree that there is nothing like seeing our kids smile. My Sidney girl has a cute one. ;)
I decided to make some cute, accordion flowers along with the flowers provided in the kit. The kit comes with a huge handful of white flowers just waiting to be altered in some way. I sprayed the large flower with blue and yellow Spritz from my stash, I love the way the multi colors came out.
Finally a simple card.
These papers from Authentique are just the cutest!!! Who doesn't love polka dots? I added a center to the butterflies using a few brads folded in half.

Practical Scrappers is having a HUGE layout contest.
Last fall they hosted a massively successful card contest and now it is time to do the same but with a layout contest! To get entered you don't even have to create something new! All the details on that are below but first let's talk about prizes. We have over $100 worth of prizes lined up - look at this lineup of sponsors!

1) Each week we will narrow down the field thru audience voting, voting from the Practical Scrappers design team, or voting from the Administrative team.
2) The contest will have 6 rounds: Those we have chosen for Round 1 will be announced on Saturday, January 14th and each continuing round will be announced on the following Saturday.
3) International entries are welcome, but we reserve the right to modify the prizes according to our sponsors needs should an international participant win.
4) To enter the contest mail us a picture of your favorite layout that you have created in the last two months to practicalscrapperslayouts@gmail.com - you must also include your name, blog address (if applicable), and state or country of residence.
